I have a room available to rent on Fentonville Street.

It’s a spacious double attic room in my mid-terrace house and is currently empty so you can move in as soon as you like.
It’s currently unfurnished apart from a bed but I’ll make sure everything is in place for your move-in date (wardrobe, desk, storage etc). If you have any preferences on style and decorating I’m happy for your input.
I’ve included pictures from the house advert 2yrs ago so you can see the room better (my photography skills aren’t up to scratch!). The room would be best suited to someone under 5’9 due to the lower ceiling in the alcoves.

You’d be sharing the space with me and my two pets, my cat Boo and my dog Pepper. There’s zero expectation for involvement in their care but you can be as involved/uninvolved as you like. Pepper is a big dog and is high energy so you’d need to be confident and comfortable with that. Boo mainly keeps herself to herself but loves a cuddle (on her terms obvs, classic cat behaviour).

I’m currently in between jobs but, once I’ve started a new role, I’ll be WFH from the box room. I enjoy a chilled, quiet environment at home, and I’m happy to chat or to give you your space. When I’m out of the house I’ll usually be climbing, swimming, gyming, or at the pub.

£525p/m inclusive of bills (gas, leccy, water, council tax, WiFi)
There’s on-street parking. It’s permit-only but it’s easy to apply and pay for this on the council website.
