Hello

My current housemate is leaving London so I’m looking for a clean and considerate female (non-smoker) to sign a joint lease with me (starting either now or on the 1st May)

It’s a two bedroom flat located in Hammersmith (by Shepherd’s Bush Road) 6m walk to Hammersmith Station, 15m walk to Westfield Shopping Centre, 1m walk to a TESCO Superstore, bus stops right in front.

Double room fully furnished located on a split level so it would suit someone who enjoys their own time, independent who is comfortable doing their own thing. There is good storage and a small room we can both use to dry clothes etc. Shared bathroom and kitchen. This is a quiet flat, not a party house.

-Room £1033 per month (bills not included) plus deposit
-Council Tax, water, electricity/gas, wifi to be shared with me.
-6 or 12 months contract with the possibility of extension.
