We are looking for someone to become part of our flat family. Previous flat mates have become life long friends.

The flat is available now, but I am prepared to wait to find the right fit. Previous lodgers have been Post graduate students, Film & TV professionals, NHS workers, and young professionals.

Current flat occupants: Me (music & yoga teacher), my adult daughter (film student); and young male creative (actor/writer).

The room is small but very clean and airy and it has everything you need. I am flexible if you want to set it up differently or change the furniture. The eat in kitchen is really beautiful and is fully equipped. The bathroom is shared between 4 people, but I am away a lot!

All bills are included: Wifi, water, elec, gas, TV licence, council tax. Clean and friendly. Council tax band D.

Our flat is genuinely comfortable, peaceful, very friendly and well-connected. Plus we have an adorable cat!

The location is really fabulous. The Elizabeth line has connected us to Heathrow in the West (30 mins) and Central London within 12 minutes!

Poets corner has a village feel and Churchfield Road (boujie high street) has many independent cafes and boutique shops.

The area has a really nice balance between being lively and social while still feeling residential, safe and calm. There are lots of young professionals, creatives, families and international people living around here, which gives the area a very friendly atmosphere.

You’re surrounded by cafés, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, gyms and parks — while the flat itself still feels peaceful and quiet inside.
