Hello!!
I’m sadly moving out of my flat based in Hammersmith, and I’m looking for someone to take over the lease! It is a large, furnished double bedroom, with lots of natural lighting. The flat has a shared living room, kitchen, balcony and 2 bathrooms. Bills are around £60-70 per month.
It is a 5 minute walk from Baron’s Court station (although they’re currently doing work on Eastbound line!) and a 15 minute walk to Hammersmith station and West Kensington Station!
Current flatmates:
You will be sharing with 3 lovely girls who are sociable, friendly and clean. They all work full-time and are always down to watch a film or go out to eat but also very respectful of people’s space and time! I’m so sad to be moving out but due to a job change I’m moving to North London 🥲
