Large Double Room in Shepherds Bush – July to September Sublet

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in a spacious 2-bed flat in Shepherds Bush. Available from 10th July (flexible if needed) until the end of September.

The room is a large furnished double with plenty of storage, making it ideal for someone who has recently moved to London or just appreciates having a bit more space. Please note that personal items shown in the photos (artwork, decorations etc.) won’t be included.

Bills are approximately £160 per month and cover council tax, water, electricity, WiFi and other household costs.

You’ll be living with one other guy in his 30s. He’s friendly, easy-going and keeps the flat relaxed and tidy. It’s not a party flat, but equally not one where we hide in our room. You’ll often have the place to yourself as well.

The location is great for transport links:
• 10-minute walk to Goldhawk Road (Circle & Hammersmith & City)
• 10-minute walk to Ravenscourt Park (District)
• Around 20 minutes to Shepherd’s Bush (Central Line & Overground)

There are loads of great pubs, cafés and restaurants nearby, plus Westfield is within easy reach for shopping, gyms and anything else you need.

The tenancy ends at the end of September, which is why the room is being offered as a sublet.
