Amazing, spacious and airy double room available in a lovely house in South Acton (very close to Chiswick)

House & Room
It’s a 5-bedroom, 2-floor house and features:
- A large, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, gas hob, oven, microwave, air fryer, and 3 fridges/freezers (you’ll share your fridge with just one other person)
- A conservatory used for storage, with a washing machine
- 1 downstairs bathroom with a toilet
- 1 upstairs bathroom with a toilet and bath
- A private garden

The room is located on the ground floor and has a direct private door into the garden, which is a lovely addition in the summer. It’s a spacious double bedroom and comes fully furnished, including a small desk.

I’m moving back home; otherwise, I’d happily stay in this house!

Location
The house is located in a calm, peaceful and green neighbourhood. It’s a 10-minute walk from Acton High Street, with plenty of shops (Lidl, Morrisons, etc.) and different gyms, and a 15-minute walk from Chiswick High Road, which has lots of bars, restaurants and a Sunday market. There are also some great open spaces nearby, and it’s around a 30-minute walk to the river.

A small Sainsbury’s and a gym are just a 1-minute walk away, across a cute little park.

Transport
- South Acton (Overground): 4-minute walk
- Acton Town Station (District & Piccadilly Lines): 10-minute walk (can get to directly to Heathrow in 20mins)
- Chiswick Park Station (District Line): 15-minute walk
- 94 bus to Piccadilly Circus: 7-minute walk - 24-hour service
- On-street car parking is also available if needed

Flatmates
You’ll be sharing with 4 others, mostly working full-time (aged 24–31). We’re looking for someone respectful, clean and sociable who would like to keep the house feeling like a home.

They’re all lovely people who are easy company, while also being really respectful of each other’s space. We sometimes have food, drinks and games nights, and also go out to markets or parties together.

Cost
- Deposit: £720
- Rent: £720 per month, including water
- Bills: Around £100 per month for gas, electricity, council tax (Band E) and internet (this can be a little more or less depending on the season)

Timing
We’re looking for a new tenant to take over my room from 22nd October.
We’ll do viewings after 2nd September, as most of us will be back from our summer holidays.

Drop me a DM if you’re interested or would like to arrange a viewing! Please tell us a little bit about yourself. :))
