Hey everyone!
We are 2 girls who have found a lovely flat just a 5-minute walk from Hammersmith station (Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City), with a move-in date of 1 May 2026. The flat is a 3 bed / 2 bath and one of the rooms is an ensuite which is available for £1,450 per month (excluding bills). (Agent has given discount of 100 pounds)
We are tidy, respectful tenants who take pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept home. We are non-smokers, have no pets and enjoy a relaxed and friendly home environment. In our free time, we like doing Pilates and yoga, exploring the city and occasionally binge-watching the latest series. Having a good relationship with our flatmate is important to us!
We will need to sign the contract as soon as possible, so we are hoping to find someone who would be able to move quickly if it’s a good fit.
