A lovely double bedroom has become available in a friendly Shepherd’s Bush house share.
Spacious, bright and immaculately maintained, the room has a double bed, under bed storage space, a big wardrobe as well as a chest of drawers and a toilette with shower inside. All bills are included in the room price.

The house itself has recently been renovated and situated on a quiet residential street. There is a large, open-plan kitchen and living space, with French windows leading out onto the sunny southwest-facing garden, which is perfect for BBQ's in summer. There are two shared bathrooms and an additional toilet, as well as under-stairs storage space. The kitchen comes with a fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine and a tumble dryer, and dish-washer.

There are four other housemates, all 24-30. We all work full-time Monday to Friday and are pretty independent, but will get together and socialize from time to time. We are clean and tidy, and respect each other’s space.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 10 minutes’ walk from East Acton tube station on the Central line (Zone 2), and 15 minutes’ walk from Wood Lane on the Circle/ Hammersmith and City lines. There are also excellent bus links from the Uxbridge Road, both day and night, along with a bus that stops about 10 min walk from the house. There is a Sainsbury’s local around the corner, and Tesco Metro is 10 minutes’ walk away. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield are a short walk away, and the Uxbridge Road itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs. We are close to Hammersmith, Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Hammersmith riverside and the beautiful Holland Park.
