Hi! I've lived in this lovely flat for 3 years, and I am now moving out of London to travel. The landlady is lovely and very helpful, and has agreed to a new contract with the incoming tenant.

You'll be living with Andrey (37M American), who works at Imperial in AI and materials science. He is a late bird and appreciates strong coffee and white wine, although not at the same time. He sings in a men's community choir and does pull-ups in limited spare time. Previously he has climbed a lot of rocks but now prefers his bike, Donkey.
