Hey guys, I’m a current resident in this lovely house and two of our housemates are moving out so we are looking for two new housemates!

We are a nice sociable bunch, always hanging out, we enjoy a film night just as much as a big weekend! But we also respect each other’s privacy.

We are looking for someone who is easy going, doesn’t mind a drink on the weekend and who would want to be a part of the house.

Our house is:
- 10 mins walk from East Acton tube station (central line)
- 20 mins walk from Acton Mainline (lizzie line)
- 10 mins walk to East Acton high street - Lidl, Iceland, corner shops, kebab shop etc

The rooms come furnished.

The house has a large communal lounge, a kitchen and has 3 bathrooms (plus an ensuite in one of the other rooms) meaning there’s never a wait or issue.

We have a patio area, grass and shed out the back where we hang out with a darts board and ample storage space.

All bills included in the rent including a bi-weekly cleaner. The deposit for the first room is £900 and the deposit for the second room is £853
