Hi there,
We are happy to rent this single room in a very nice renovated Victorian House, only 5 minute’s walk to North Acton station (Central Line - Zone 2) and 10 minute’s walk to Acton Main Line station (Elizabeth Line), the house is located in a very quiet, calm, and familiar area, close to Woodward Buildings (Imperial College Accommodation) and to many amenities which include a large ASDA, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and LIDL stores as well as an iGym and a GP nearby, White City Westfield it’s also close by a 20 min walk and 10 minutes on the bus as well as Ealing Broadway.
The house is occupied by three young professionals family related and LGBTQ friendly who are looking for someone clean, tidy and organised and able to keep the common areas clean and tidy, we are looking for a friendly flatmate as we normally gather in the garden to have some drinks and do barbecues in order to have a nice and friendly environment within all.
The room is available from the 25th of June (available to move on this date) and the contract would start on the 1st of July the rent is 680 £ PCM and includes water, internet, council tax and TV licence (gas and electricity are not included and are paid separately every three months).
