I'm away for about 2 months from the start of June till the end of July, and am looking to sublet my room in our spacious house in Acton. The neighbourhood is quiet, with good transport links within walking distance, including the Elizabeth line, central line, and overground.
The deposit written is rent for 1 month, so just means ideally we'd be looking for 1 month rent in advance, as standard. Bills aren't included, but are standard (~£15-20pw).
The flat apart from me is 2 women, 1 male, with 2 professionals and 1 student. Women preferred as there are 2 women in the house, but anyone who's friendly is good! Message me to find out more!
