Hi! My name is Sergio and I would like to sublet my room for a few months or for long-term (until December 2025). You have the possibility of being added to the contract if you want to. The room is very spacious and well-lit, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It comes with a comfortable double bed, a large wooden table to work and plenty of space for yoga/workouts. The flat includes a cosy living room with a TV, a comfortable couch, and a nice armchair perfect for reading. The kitchen is ideal and not busy as my flatmates cook relatively late,. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, with a bath. Additionally, we have a lovely garden, a beautiful green space where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. We recently got a table for the summer! You'll be sharing the flat with two lovely and welcoming flatmates, making this a perfect living environment.
