The apartment is a duplex (split-level) two bedroom, three bathroom, new build located a 10 min walk from Acton Town tube station or 3 min walk from South Acton Overground station. Acton Town tube provides access to Heathrow in 25 mins going west or Piccadilly Circus in 25 mins going east. It also provides District Line services with additional stops and routes. Chiswick High Street is a 15 min walk away and the apartment itself is less than 1 min walk from gym and grocery store (Sainsbury's).

The apartment faces into a quiet courtyard and benefits from multiple secure doors to provide an overall safe and calm environment.

The initial contract would be from August 1st to December 31st (five months) but there is an opportunity to extend from January 1st when the existing tenant moves out if you would like to stay on with a new flatmate.

Included in the rent are building maintenance and services charges. Not included are the heating (pay-as-you go), the electricity and water bills which are quarterly (based on meter readings), Wi-Fi is £36 (or £18 each for two tenants), council tax is £136 per month (or £68 each for two tenants).

I am a live-out landlord looking for someone clean and tidy as I have today always returned deposits in full.
