Nice single room on the first floor in a Victoria house with three floors.

There are two self-contained studios and a big communal kitchen and a nice garden on ground floor.

Three rooms on the first floor where the single room is going to be available. you are sharing a bathroom/toilet , another independent toilet with the other two rooms where there is couple in one room and a girl in the other room.

On second floor there are two single rooms where they have a shared shower/toilet and a small kitchen.

All sharers (mainly the three rooms on the first floor ) use the big communal kitchen on the ground floor. There are plenty cupboards in the kitchen and you will have your own fridge/freezer for your own use only. Landlord provide weekly cleaner to clean the communal area.

The house is 5 mins walk to North Acton Station (zone 2/3 central line), 20mins you are at Oxford Street) or 5 mins walk to Acton Main Line station on Elizabeth Line (15 mins to Lodnon Paddington).
