I currently have a medium / large double bedroom in my flat. The flat has 2 larger rooms a seperate kitchen and bathroom but no living room. It’s a modern clean nice flat with big windows on a beautiful quiet street. Loads of cafes and local shops, gyms and 2 Lidl’s. I have a car too for shopping etc.

3 min walk to Acton central (mildmay line)
12 min walk to Acton mainline (Elizabeth line)

Bills not included - Council tax, WiFi and water, Gas & electric. Should be around £150-180 each depending on usage

I am 26 and work as a trainee architect. I will at work Monday- Friday. Maybe 1 day WFH. I am keen for a clean housemate as I like to keep the house nice. I love to cook and would love to share meals (obvs no pressure) equally enjoy my own space and independence in the flat but it’s nice to have harmonious vibes in the flat. I have quite a chilled life going gym etc seeing friends, I have a car and like to drive to nice walks too I’m very open minded 🩷 let me know if this is something you’d be interested in.
