Hi there! I’m sadly moving out of this lovely ground floor flat, and we’re looking for someone friendly to take over my double room. You’ll be living with Jake a warm, fun, and kind-hearted guy who values a homely, chilled vibe. If that sounds like your kind of living situation, read on!
The Flat:
Located in a quiet, charming area just a stone’s throw from Turnham Green (District Line) and with easy bus access to the Elizabeth Line in Ealing. Ground floor with a private garden, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Shared spaces include a cosy living room (affectionately called The Nook), a well-sized kitchen that opens onto the garden, and a modern walk-in shower/wet room.
Council Tax Band D.
The Room:
Comes furnished with a built in wardrobe, TV unit and bed side tables Please note: bed not included, but may consider selling to new tenant.
Pets Welcome! The landlord is great with pets, so furry friends are definitely considered
Parking:
No driveway, but permits available from the local council.
Bills:
Not included in rent. Expect around £100/month for council tax, WIFI, water, and energy. It does go up in the winter, as to be expected for energy.
Move-In Date: April-end of may.
About Jake:
Gay, super friendly, and genuinely one of the kindest people you could ask for. Looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful, welcoming home. If this sounds like a good fit, please get in touch. We'd love to meet you in person so you can get a feel for the space and vibe.
Thanks so much,
