Flat of four looking for someone (single occupant) to take over my sublet, as the time has come for me to return to the US after finishing my studies here.

The flat is quite well located, with a tube stop right across the street. Otherwise, Westfield and Shepherd's Bush station are about a 10 minute walk, and Hammersmith station is about 15 minutes away (or one tube stop).

The room is one of four bedrooms, and the flat also has two bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped shared kitchen and living room. Rent is £705/month (and utilities are an extra £85/month).
