Hi there, we are looking for a friendly sociable housemate to move into our 3 bedroom flat in Shepherds Bush!

This stunning double room is located right on Shepherds Bush Green, with leafy views over the park. The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobes and 2 bedside tables. The living room/kitchen shared area is open and airy, and has good cooking facilities. The flat comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, and two bathrooms.

The flat is also really well connected and is only a 5 minute walk to Goldhawk Rd Station (Circle line), as well as Shepherds Bush Underground (Central line) and Overground.

There are countless cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops just a stones throw from the flat, and Ravenscourt Park and Holland Park are also both within walking distance. Westfield is also conveniently located about 10 minutes away.

About Us:
You will be living with three friendly housemates!

Annabel and Cam are a kiwi couple who are fresh-ish to London living. Annabel works as a product designer Cam as a technical consultant. Both love to travel Europe, play boardgames, see theatre and get absolutely demolished in a pub quiz due to their lack of UK experience and knowledge.

The third housemate is Tosin who has lived in the flat for a couple of years, he's 27 and works as an IT consultant. He enjoys films, cooking, being active and is sometimes more useful in a pub quiz!

About You:
The ideal housemate would be female, mid-late 20’s (to keep the gender balance in the flat), and someone looking to stay longer term as we will be resigning the flat for 12 months.
