Deposit: £650, protected by a Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) agency, in accordance with UK legislation, with the lodger's consent.

Contract: 2 months initially, extending if both parties agree, with the same rent.
Important: The earliest move-in date will be prioritised, or the prospective lodger can hold the room by paying for the days if moving in later than 28/06.
Right to rent is required. Previous landlord and fund references will be discussed.
