I'm looking for a student to take over my tenancy in an En-suite room at the student accommodation Therese House asap. PM if interested.

It is located:

• 2 minute-walk to the Barbican tube & 5 min to Farringdon ( Elizabeth Line)
• 10-minute walk to City University
• Close to different bus lines (such as 243 and 55) and shops
• close to supermarkets uch as waitrose and tesco

The room also has a small double bed (120 x 190.5cm) Next to the bed is a wardrobe with a hanger and spaces to store clothes. On the study area of the room there is a desk and chair with cupboards for storing study material, or more clothes. It is the biggest en suite room in the accomodation ( 14sqm)

The room shares the kitchen with other 5 rooms but the kitchen is almost always empty and very quiet.

The accomodation has on-site washing, wifi, 24 hour reception, common room, cinema room ...

Very quiet as the street is an inner street off from the main road.
