Hi All, I am moving out of my property at 273B Commercial Road. The rent is 850 and you'll be living with my flatmate George. Bedroom is structured a bit oddly, decent square footage but quite long: however, as seen from the pictures, can comfortably fit a double mattress in. A lot of the furniture/plants in the living room are mine and I will be taking them with me, however, I am willing to leave some stuff for a couple quid to make the flat cosier. Kitchen has an induction hob and washing machine, bathroom has bath and shower. Bedrooms are on the bottom floor and the living room/bathroom/kitchen are on the top. Living room and kitchen are in one room; open plan style. Bedroom is coming fully unfurnished, but I am happy to leave the mattress for free if the new occupant does not have a bed already.
