Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over the whole tenancy of my beloved room from 12 Sep 2026 to 04 Sep 2027 at Blithehale Court, London as I realised I have to be away very long next year for fieldwork. It’s a large high double room 3 minutes walk from Bethnal Green Station. The rent is £268 per week, including bills (electricity, water, Wi-Fi, insurance, etc.). I have already renewed the contract, so you can get a one-year lease at a lower price than the official rate (£282 per week). This is a super rare and great deal for the area!
