We're looking for a clean, friendly, and considerate flatmate to join our welcoming home.
A small, furnished room is available in our lovely shared house for £850 per month, with an £850 deposit. The room is available immediately.
The house features a spacious kitchen, a great garden, and three toilets across three floors, offering plenty of comfort and convenience for everyone.
The house is in a fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk from Wapping Station and around a 15-minute walk from Tower Hill Station, making it easy to get around London. There are also bus stops in both directions just a 1-minute walk from the house, as well as a Santander Cycles docking station nearby.
You'll find a great range of essential amenities within walking distance, including Waitrose, Sainsbury's, pharmacies, and Wapping Post Office. There are also plenty of lovely local cafés, pubs, and riverside spots to enjoy nearby.
There are currently four of us living in the house – three females and one male, all in our 20s. We're a friendly, relaxed household that's easy to get along with. We enjoy a chat, hangout and a good laugh but also respect each other's space, so we're looking for someone tidy, considerate, and easy to live with.
Bills are not included and are split equally each month. These cover Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, and council tax.
This is a no pets and no smoking or vaping house.
