I’m renting out my small, fully furnished one-bedroom flat for a minimum stay of one month, between 14 November and 3 January.

The dates are flexible, as I’ll be working remotely from abroad and also have some annual leave to use. My current preference would be for the tenancy to start sometime between 14 and 16 November.

The end date is also flexible, with two possible options: around 20–21 December or 3 January (my current preference).

Rent: £1,300/pm (so you will pay only for the days you stay)

Deposit: Negotiable (refunded on the same day the keys are returned).

Location: Just 3 minutes from Aldgate East Station.

The flat is on the 2nd floor (no lift). The room is approximately 16 sqm and includes a double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk and chair (comfortable for working from home), a chest of drawers, a bedside table, two additional side tables, a bookshelf and built-in shelving.

The flat also has a small private bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen, located next door, is small but fully equipped with a fridge, microwave and washing machine. My next-door neighbour is a quiet professional.

The flat is on a side street, so it is generally quiet at night. It is also very bright, with two windows.

All bills and high-speed internet are included in the rent. I will empty and prepare the flat before moving out.

No smoking, parties or pets. Single occupancy preferred.
