A bright, fully furnished double room is becoming available in our lovely house share in the Limehouse/Shadwell area (E1 0PS). We’re looking for someone who’ll enjoy living in a friendly, respectful home with excellent transport links into the City and Canary Wharf.

The house is a spacious end-of-terrace Georgian townhouse, refurbished to a high and stylish standard. It has double-glazed sash windows, a large shared open-plan living and dining room with an L-shaped sofa, gas fire, wall-mounted Samsung TV and a 6-seat dining table - perfect for relaxing after work or spending time together. There is also a large private garden with artificial grass, making it easy to enjoy without much maintenance.

The kitchen has plenty of storage and all the appliances you’ll need, including a dishwasher and a washer dryer.

The room overlooks the garden and comes furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large modern triple wardrobe, offering plenty of storage space. It is conveniently located close to one of the bathrooms, giving it an almost en-suite feel. There are two full bathrooms in the house, with each bathroom shared between only two people.
