🌿 THE HOME
A recently refurbished maisonette with an open-plan living room and a garden. There are just three of us (including you) sharing three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

🛏️ YOUR ROOM
The first-floor bedroom comes with a wardrobe, a bed with built-in storage and a ladder-style desk.

You’ll use the toilet and shower on the ground floor. The shower is exclusively yours, as both other flatmates have en-suites. Please note that your bathroom is downstairs, rather than attached to the bedroom.

📍 THE AREA
Shadwell station has DLR and London Overground (Windrush line) connections, with easy access to Bank, Canary Wharf and beyond. You can also walk to the City or Canary Wharf in around 30 minutes.

Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Iceland, local markets, a weekend farmers’ market, cafés, pubs, gyms and a park. The Thames Path and lovely Shadwell Basin are nearby for a waterside stroll. The iconic Tower Bridge is just 20-minute walk away.

👋 WHO YOU’LL LIVE WITH
Two male professionals in our 30s, working in graphic design and data analytics. We’re experienced flatmates who enjoy a chat and a catch-up, while respecting each other’s space and downtime.

This is a quiet, clean home rather than a party household. We’d love to find someone considerate who helps keep shared spaces tidy. Ideally, you’ll work outside the home for at least part of the week.
