Hello, I’m MJ, and I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in a two-bedroom flat in Wapping. I work in the Bank area and commute to my office almost daily. I consider myself easygoing and respectful of others’ spaces.

While I'm sociable and open to sharing a glass of wine in our living room, I completely understand and respect the need for personal time if you prefer a quieter environment.

During weekdays, I'm usually out at work, and I spend weekends enjoying golf, so I'm not often home. However, when I am, I’m always up for making the flat feel like a true shared space.

Flat Details:
- Location: 5 minutes walk from Wapping station and 10 minutes from Shadwell station.
- Room: Spacious double room with a large built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, and bedside wardrobe.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with a rice cooker, air fryer, toaster, kettle, portable hob, Korean BBQ grill, Nespresso machine, and a dining table for four. You’re welcome to use all appliances, and we could even enjoy a Korean BBQ night!
- Living Room: Comfortable with a five-seat sofa and table.
- Bathroom: One shared spacious and clean bathroom.
- Additional Features: Extensive shoe storage and large general storage areas.

Guests are welcome with prior notice, though I’d prefer to keep the space more relaxed without hosting large parties.

The room is available from May 14, 2024, but I’m flexible with the move-in date. The flat is even more spacious than it appears in photos, so it’s definitely worth seeing in person.
