Hey I'm James and we have a room free from late May. The contract "ends" on the 5th of Sep and then moves to a rolling basis. Flatmates Alice and Dixie may want to continue with the rolling basis but no guarantee of course. The rolling basis will mean an increase of £50 pcm from September.

Travel wise I've never lived somewhere so connected:
- 7 minute walk from Bethnal Green Underground (Central line)
- 7 minute walk from Whitechapel (District, Hammersmith & City, Elizabeth Line, Overground)
- 5 minute walk to Bethnal Green Overground

You'll be living with Dixie (25 British, works in film) and Alice (22 British, training to become a detective). It's a friendly, tidy flat and we're looking for someone who's going to fit in well. Both work in the office.

Reason for me moving out: I really get on with both girls but two of my best uni friends now need a third housemate.

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and a built in wardrobe.

Bills are around 100/month.
