Double room:
£1,800pcm (en suite)

Two private room, a double bedroom on the lower level and a mezzanine study above, connected by their own staircase. In a conversion of the former East London Synagogue, a Grade II–listed 1877 landmark reimagined into boutique apartments.

Available from 1 August, £1,800 all bills + cleaner included.

The bedroom has built-in storage and a desk/wardrobe area. The study upstairs has a wardrobe, desk, single futon sofa bed for guests, and its own landing, it functions as a second room. Between the two you have an entire private floor to yourself.

The bathroom: newly renovated and exclusively yours. Brass fittings, floating vanity, walk-in shower, bath, and underfloor heating. Recently redone from scratch.

The flat: The shared living and dining space has exposed original beams, double-height ceilings, a wrought iron spiral staircase, and big shuttered windows. It's a converted grade II listed Victorian building and it shows with original gold inscriptions on the wall. Full kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher. A cleaner comes fortnightly and is included in the rent.

Garden: There's a communal garden area, great for barbecues and hosting in the summer (neighbours are all professionals and delightful people). Secure bike storage is also available.

Location:
- Stepney Green tube is a 6-minute walk (District/Hammersmith & City) about 15 minutes to Canary Wharf, 20 to the City. I work in Mayfair and Green Park is 35 mins away.
- Whitechapel is also walkable for the Elizabeth line. Brick Lane, Columbia Road, and Bethnal Green are all nearby for weekends.
- Nearest Tesco/Asda is 5 minutes away.
- For fitness: a premium gym opening a 5-minute walk away, PureGym 10 minutes, and a squash court 10 minutes away.
- There's a lovely farmer's market on Saturdays and a farm cafe in the City farm 5 mins away.

About me: I'm 26, and my fiancé lives with me, we work in finance so away long hours, we travel and are out most weekends, so in practice you'll often have the run of the place. We're quite chill people; it's a calm household and we're looking for someone professional, clean, and easy to live with. Smokers are welcome provided you smoke outside, no pets.

£1,800 pcm: electricity, water, broadband, and council tax all included. With energy bills/cost of living where they are, all-in pricing means you know exactly what you're paying every month but happy to consider bills excluded on a case-by-case basis.

If interested please reach out for a viewing! Monday, Friday or weekends preferred. Virtual or in person works :)
