Hello 🥰! An en-suite room is available in a modern two-bed two-bathroom flat on the 7th floor of a new built in the Silk District.

I’m looking for someone to room with me starting July 25th. I’m a 25 years old banker (2 days a week WFH). I’m super clean, quiet and respectful. I respect personal boundaries and is also happy to hang out with my flatmate 💕

Amenities: 24/7 concierge, gym (with a peloton spinning room), cinema, balcony, access to the terrace, coworking space on the ground floor.

Close (4-min walk) to Whitechapel station, which is well-connected (Elizabeth, District, Hammersmith and City, and overground lines etc); 30-min walk to Bank/City; 15-min walk to Spitalfields market and Liverpool Street. The building is primarily populated by young professionals/students; huge Sainsburys 5min walk.

Price for the ensuite room is £1600 per month + bills. If there’s a good match then am happy to negotiate the price 💗
