I have a lovely furnished double room with own bathroom available in a 3 story town house in Shoreham-by-Sea.

The house is set on a development near the old Shoreham hospital. It has 3 bedrooms, kitchen/family room, dining room, lounge, bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, small garden with shed. Shoreham station is approximately a 20 minute walk and The Holmbush Centre with Tesco, M&S, and Next Superstore are minutes away by car.

The room includes a double bed and full width mirrored wardrobes. The bathroom would be mainly for your use as I have an en-suite. A designated parking space is available. No other tenants except for myself and my two Jackhuahua dogs.

We are a fully Vegan household but would happily accept Vegetarians and consider people with other dietary requirements. I’m looking for someone respectful, quiet and tidy. As I do not work I am at home all day so would preferably like my tenant to be office based.

The room is for rent at £650 per calendar month inc all bills.

Would suit professionals, preferably.
