Double furnished room. Quiet flat close to beach and footbridge.
I'm a calm and private woman who is looking for a self sufficient lodger in full time employment, not working from home. I work and am working from home sometimes. I need privacy for the protection of my clients.
I'm not chatty. I am respectful, polite, friendly and warm. However as my lodger you will prefer not to want a deep connection with me or long chats. We will have a peaceful and respectful manner with eachother and above all, want to live with privacy and dignity. We'll share responsibility for maintaining the kitchen and bathroom tidiness and hygiene, because we both like it that way. We won't need to remind each other or feel put out. We will communicate effectively to ensure our lives are pleasant and calm, without drama, for example arranging in advance if we need the kitchen for big food preps or cooking, or if our schedules mean we need to do laundry at a particular time. I am not looking to share my lounge with my lodger, so you will be the sort of person who is happiest to chill out in your bedroom. I keep moderate hours and primarily socialise at weekends . I would expect you and I to be quiet when coming home late and not begin noisy activities when the other is in bed.
