A double room is available in my quiet, family home. (Furniture can be moved out if required) Currently I live here with my 2 21 year old students and a cocker spaniel but my children are away at Uni and I'm not home often.
All bills included unless excessive use of utilities.
The bathroom is shared. (Have a 2nd WC)
I provide new matress protector, quilt and pillows. Bedding can be provided & usually is white not as per photo. :-)
I have off street parking and a covered outside storage area.
As this is a family home not a HMO, I would prefer a student using this as a home from home, or a professional who is out at work during the day as I work from home.
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside.
Would accept 2 sharing the room but additional 250 payment required.
