Double bedroom in family home. I live here with my 16 year old son and very quiet lodger (famale 50). I have a cocker spaniel. This room is not en-suite but has access to the main bathroom. Other people do not use this bathroom as they have en suite. There is access to the large kitchen diner and garden. It’s on a new build estate. There is parking. The house is 2 mins to the A5 so ideal for commuting. The bus stop for town is two mins walk away
