This is NOT a 24/7 let, as I like the house to myself at weekends.

So, I’m looking for a mature person, either male or female who works full time in Shrewsbury during the week but then goes home at weekends.

The well insulated modern house is located close to town but also a 5 minute walk to Asda and the Cinema in a quiet cul de sac. Available from mid November on a Monday pm to Friday am or similar basis, it is a large room with easy chairs, king sized bed, ensuite shower room all on its own floor. Sharing the kitchen, dining, living room with 2 others.
Car parking is available at the front of the house.
