The house is right next to main bus route to shrewsbury
New kitchen with all appliances. Large bath with shower, toilet ect
Large room upstairs with storage and space for small desk
Shared lounge with smart TV
Current tenant is a really nice guy, into climbing, gardening and gigs
I'm looking for a decent tenant, laid back, happy to keep space clean, friendly, fairly respectful of noise and neighbors. Similar interests would be good but not too important. As long as they are fairly tidy
