Double Room available to rent in a lovely semi-detached house located near the station. Price is £95 a week with all bills included in the rent price (such as water, electricity, heating/energy. The house has one bathroom and a downstairs toilet, a lounge and small garden courtyard. Currently rented by two female PhD students. We are looking for a fellow Postgraduate student to join us, such as, a Masters, PGCE or another PhD student. We are friendly folk so please feel free to contact us or ask for pics of the place! If you are new to Aber, we would both be more than happy to show you around as we have lived here a number of years now and know the local area very well :)
