The room is self contained with it's own entrance and security code for the gate.
The property is a semi-detached house with 4 bedrooms.
Currently there is myself my son and my husband living in the property.
We also have very friendly chickens in the garden.

The room available is a converted garage and has it's own access door and en-suite shower room.
You will have use of garden.

Please note, there are no washing facilities ie washing machine available with this room, hence Monday to Friday let only.

The self contained room has its own small fridge, microwave ( only cooking facility ) kettle, chest of drawers, hanging rail and space under the bed for storage.

The room has its own entrance and is not shared with anyone else.

It is located around 25 minutes walk from the train and bus stations. perfect location for access to the town centre.

The rent is inclusive of bills and unlimited Wifi and super fast fibre broadband.
