Hi 👋🏼

I’m looking to let one of the spare rooms in my house.
I work from home most days so will be tucked away in the office and looking for someone who ideally works full time or is a student.
The house is about 20 minutes walk (or 4 minute cycle) from the town centre, train station, bus etc and super accessible to the industrial park too.
I have a cat who lives with me so won’t be allowing other pets in the house for her peace of mind.
