Very big shared living room with comfy recliner, freeview TV with additional smart features eg YouTube, Netflix etc. Shared bathroom inc bath/shower with hotwater everytime. Extra toilet available in the ground floor. All rooms are well humidity controlled/air purified with air purifier/dehumidifiers. Easy cloth drying facilities available.
