This home would suit someone who values a peaceful environment and is looking for a respectful, low-key place to live.

The room is furnished with a double bed (under-bed storage), chest of drawers, armchair and a walk in wardrobe behind a curtain. Lodger to provide own bedding and towels. There is space for a desk if needed.

Shared kitchen (with extendable-breakfast table), bathroom & downstairs toilet. Living room shared on a limited basis.

Important: this is a dog-friendly home, so the lodger must genuinely like dogs.

About Me...

I'm a busy working mum and live here with my 19 year old. My 17 year old is home during holidays. The house is calm & respectful, you'll have your own privacy while living alongside some family life. We also have 2 friendly dogs (a whippet and a staffie cross) who are very much part of the household.

This would suit someone who is a salaried worker with sociable working hours, comfortable in a family setting, considerate in shared spaces, happy living with dogs and not expecting frequent guests or overnight stays.
