I’m looking for a lodger to rent one of the spare rooms in my home.

The house is in a convenient location, around a 20 minute walk (or 4 minute cycle) from the town centre, train station and bus links, with easy access to the industrial park as well.

I work from home most days and am usually tucked away in my office, so the house is generally a calm and relaxed environment. I’m ideally looking for someone who works full-time or is a student and is looking for a clean, respectful place to live.

I also have a friendly cat who lives here, so unfortunately I can’t accommodate additional pets.
