I have recently refurbished the entire house and have a very spacious double room with a built in wardrobe available.

I have 2 rooms available in the house, short term let only as I will be changing use of the house. I am offering very cheap rent and in return I would need the Tennant to be Co operative with regards to people coming to view the house for sale.

I am 33, I'm easy going and i am looking for a sociable and professional person to rent the room. I work away most of the time so you'll share with 2 others for most of the time.

The house is close to the center of town, its about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station and town and the location is ideal for commuters to Telford and more due to the easy access to the dual carriage way.
