Currently looking for a housemate to take up the spare room in my home. The house has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms and a study converted), a living room, a kitchen with underfloor heating and a log burner, a bathroom and toilet (separate rooms), and a large back garden with a summer house that's largely unused. All spaces are communal, and I've got quite an open door policy so looking for someone who I can get on with who is happy to live with two very energetic ginger cats (but happy with someone who needs their privacy too). I'm vegan, but don't mind about the housemate's dietary preferences, though it's likely I'd pretty often cook enough for my housemate too anyway.

Otherwise pretty flexible, there's a no-smoking policy in the house but outside is fine. Parking is contested but there is a small space outside that goes unused.

Open to a couple letting, though this increases the rent by 75% to account for the second person.
