Just testing the water to see if I can find the right person - a double room available from late September in a quiet house in a nice area of Newtown, ideal for a mature working professional (30+) who's out at work during the day. £130 per week. This could suit someone looking for a trial period to start, with a view to something longer-term if it works well for both of us.
The room & house:
Shared kitchen
Washing machine available, with an outside line for drying
Small outdoor area
I'd like a housemate who will help keep communal areas (and the garden) clean and looking good
No internet connection in the house - I don't use it myself, so you'd need to arrange your own
What I'm looking for:
A mature working professional, aged 30+, ideally out during the day
Non-smoker
Someone quiet and considerate - this isn't the right fit for a party lifestyle
As I live in the house myself, I'd prefer no visitors, to keep things settled and simple for both of us
