I am a professional lady sharing my own house. I consider myself clean and kind. I used to share house with others since I came to London years ago. So I offer this room to rent in Sidcup.

It’s a quiet and green area. Albany park is the closest station and it’s 10 minutes walking where you can find local shops too. Bus stop 1 min walking. The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside table and tv. Bills and cleaning are included in rent.

I don’t share kitchen utensils or laundry products like saucepan, cutlery, tea towel, iron, pegs. If you read until here and you still interested in the room, please, write first the word house when you contact me, so I would know you read the description.
