I’m looking for a friendly, tidy working professional to share my lovely 3-bedroom home in Newton Poppleford.

The available room is a good-sized double and comes partly furnished with a bed, bedside table, lamps and duvet. There isn’t currently a chest of drawers, so you’d need to bring your own storage.

The house has a private double driveway, garden, two bathrooms and an additional downstairs WC, as well as comfortable shared living spaces.

📍 Great location for commuting into Exeter, while still enjoying a quieter village setting. Newton Poppleford is a short drive from Exeter, so it’s a great option if you work in the city but would prefer to live somewhere a little more relaxed.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, considerate and in full-time employment. As I also work from home, I’m ideally looking for someone who works primarily outside of the home, rather than someone who works from home full-time.

I’m sociable and enjoy getting out for food, walks, drinks etc., but also completely appreciate having your own space and downtime. I’m looking for someone who wants a friendly home environment rather than simply somewhere to sleep.

I also have my lovely Boxer, Mila, who stays with me Monday–Thursday, so you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs 🐶
