A friendly couple are seeking a Helpful Housemate for their home to give them a little bit of help – up to 5 hours a week - in exchange for the lower-than-market-rate rent.

They need someone who is happy to ‘house and dog sit’ on a couple of nights each week (weekdays) when they are away; they have two very friendly whippets and a mongrel who would need feeding, a walk and a little company. The Helpful Housemate is also requested to keep their own accommodation clean and tidy.

The accommodation on offer is a semi-self-contained flat on the top floor of a large house, including a lovely double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. There is also use of a beautiful garden.

The property is located close to the M2, just 12 mins drive from Faversham 10 mins drive from the nearest station, Teynham, which has free parking (1.10 mins by train to London).

£250 per month (plus bills – between £40-£50 pcm).
