Quiet time after 11 at night 12 at the weekend. A relaxed easy going atmosphere looking for tenant who has similar attitude. People with alcohol or drug dependency need not apply. Rent is inclusive of all bills . if moving out a months notice would be required. I'm out a bit so you would have space to yourself.
